Bangladesh Physics Olympiad Committee is going to organize Dhaka Divisional round of Bangladesh Physics Olympiad-2014 on 15th February, 2014 to create fascination towards physics in the young students. This competition is going to be held in the Science and Engineering Campus of the Green University of Bangladesh, located near Sher-E-Bangla National Cricket Stadium at Mirpur-2. Those who have already registered at the Bangladesh Physics Olympiad website are advised to collect their Admit Card from the website of Bangladesh Physics Olympiad and remain present at 08.30 AM on the aforementioned date at Green University of Bangladesh, Mirpur-2 campus adjacent to the Sher-E-Bangla National Cricket Stadium. All examinees should carry their respective institution’s identity card.
The examination will take place at the Science and Engineering Campus of Green University of Bangladesh, Mirpur -2. After the examination, the examinees will be taken to the Orchid Auditorium at Mirpur-6 adjacent to the Sher-E-Bangla National Cricket Stadium. At Orchid Auditorium, there will be the question and answer session, result announcement and prize giving ceremony. In this ceremony, Professor Dr. Khorshed Ahmed Kabir, Department of Theoretical Physics, Dhaka University, Professor Dr. Muhammad Zafor Iqbal, Chairman, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Professor Dr. Yesmin Haque, Dean, School of Life Science, Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, K. Golam Samdani Fakir, Vice-Chancellor, Green University of Bangladesh, Fayez Ahmed Jahangir Masud, Head of Operations, Oxford International School, Dr. Farseem Mannan Mohammadi, Associate Professor, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Professor Dr. Muhibul Haque Bhuyan, Chairperson, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Green University of Bangladesh will present among other respected and distinguished guests.
